General

  • How far can I book in advance?

    Booking is only allowed up to one month in advance. For example, if it's February you can only book up to March.

  • When do bookings open up?

    At the beginning of each month, usually in the first week.

  • How do I remove my make-up?

    I recommend taking your makeup off by using makeup wipes, then continue with your normal skincare routine.

  • How do I remove my lashes?

    I recommend getting lashes professionally removed. Do not pull/pick or add any oils to try to remove this can cause you to remove your own natural lashes. 

  • How do I remove tint?

    Tint will fade over time, or use baby soap and scrub brows.

Eyelash Extensions

  • How do I prepare for my lash appointment?

    The first 24 hours


    • Sleep on your side, not face-down


    • Keep lashes dry


    • Do not use oil-based products of any kind, on or near your eyes


    • Avoid touching lashes directly


    • Avoid swimming or exposure to steam, heat or saunas.


    • Do not apply eyelid or lash makeup.


    • Avoid eyelash tinting, perming or chemical treatments.


    • Avoid waxing or laser treatments around the eyes.

  • How do I take care of them after?

    After The first 24 hours


    • Cleanse lashes once each day, using an oil-free eyewash or Eyelash Cleanser. 


    • Avoid excessive exposure to heat or steam.


    • Brush lashes daily, from middle to the tips with your mascara wand.


    • Be gentle, don't rub your eyes excessively and don't pick or pull on the lashes.


    • Avoid eyelash curlers as they can damage both natural and synthetic lashes


    • Wear extension safe liner

  • How many lashes shed each day?

    We naturally loose about 1-5 lashes daily.

  • What can cause my lashes to shed excessively?

    Improper after care, sleeping on your face, rubbing your eyes/rubbing lashes, excessive brushing your lashes, putting oils on your lashes, not properly cleaning your lashes daily with our recommended lash shampoos, pulling/picking you lashes, new medications, menstrual cycles.

  • When do I come for a refill?

    We highly recommend you come in every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full all the time.

MicroShading / Permanent Makeup

  • What does it involve?

    It can create brows out of nothing as a part of the permanent makeup family it's technically a tattoo. A special pen is used to draw precise lines that look like hairs, giving browse the appearance of being naturally full. It takes around two hours to complete.

  • Does it hurt?

    Most people are more put off by the way it sounds rather than it feels. Is Sound a bit unnatural. As for the physical Sensation that area will be frozen or rub on in the anethesia cream before beginning so your skin is numb and pain free.

  • How long does it last?

    1-3 years with a 4-6 week touch up required after the first initial appointment.

  • How to properly take care of your skin after micro-blading?

    1. Avoid getting the area wet for up to 10 days which includes keeping your face dry.
    2. Do not apply makeup for at least one week.
    3. Don’t pick at scabs, tug, or itch the eyebrow area.
    4. Avoid saunas, swimming & excessive sweating until the area is completely healed & you have had your follow up appointment
    5. Keep your hair away from your brow line.
    6. Apply any medicated cream or healing balm provided by your brow expert as directed.

TINT & HENNA

  • What is Tint?

    Tint is a cream based product mixed with developer that last up to 1 week and stain the hair.

  • What is Henna?

    Henna is a cream based product that is mixed with water or developer, it stains the hair and skin for longer results.

  • How do I prepare for my appointment?

    Before Care instructions 


    Clean makeup free brow area, no oils, makeup residue before your appointments.

  • How do I take care of my brows so they last?

    After Care Instructions 


    Avoid getting wet for 24 hours, avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, excessive sweat, saunas, exfoliators,  facial washes, moisturizers, no scrubbing at your brows ,any oil based products on the brows; for this will only lower the retention of your brows, we recommend you just acting as they weren’t there, there is not much you need to do you can always use your products around. If you’d like to put makeup on top make go brows you can remove makeup with oil free remover such as micellar water.

Waxing

  • What is waxing?

    Waxing is a hair removal method that involves applying hot or cold wax to the skin, allowing it to cool and harden, and then quickly pulling the wax and unwanted hair from the skin.

  • What areas of the body can be waxed?

    Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including the legs, arms, underarms, bikini area, face, and back.

  • How long does the hair need to be for waxing?

    The hair should be at least 1/4 inch long or about the length of a grain of rice for waxing.

  • Does waxing hurt?

    Waxing can be uncomfortable or painful, especially on sensitive areas of the body, but the discomfort typically lasts only a few seconds.

  • What types of classes are available?

    We teach a wide variety of classes including, but not limited to waxing, brows, lashes, with online and in person options.

  • How long do classes typically last?

    Our classes range widely from an hour to four hours or more depending.

  • How often do classes meet?

    We host classes weekly and monthly depending on which one you're interested in. Ask an instructor now!

  • What should I bring to a class?

    Please  make any and all preparations specified by instructor at the time of booking.
